Refund Policy

Returns/Claims: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Customized products may not be returned or canceled once work has begun. Due to the ability of a customer to duplicate materials, products are nonreturnable if delivered electronically and/or the shipping box has been opened. Claims of shortage and defects must be made by BUYER WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS of receipt of goods. No claims after the expiration of such period will be entertained or allowed. Buyer agrees to hold goods in question until further notice from GPG. FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY as they are responsible.
